Middle of the Night

For the last several days, Wesley has woken up in the middle of the night. Sometimes more than once. It all started when he got sick, which he was sick for like 2 weeks with tons of teething on top of everything, and it's been off and on since then. Some nights he'll sleep like a log for 12+ hours. The next night he'll wake up every 4-5 hours :/

The worst part is I'm actually loving the early morning alone time with him. He's so cuddly and sweet at 3am. I'll change his diaper while he drinks his sippy cup (although he doesn't always want something to drink) and then I'll rock him in my arms back to his crib. It all lasts about 5-10 min but that short time has been so sweet. I usually get a few kisses and some sleepy smiles. Some of which are hard to come by since our 15 month old jumped into the "terrible twos" about a month ago :)

Anyway, I can't help but feel I've gone backwards on my baby-wising. Hopefully this is just some additional teething he's doing and we'll get back to normal soon.
