I Have A Serious Itch-ue

Travis and I left for Kerrville last Thursday. As we were leaving the great land of Lubbock, I noticed that the skin on the top joint of the middle finger on my left hand (did you follow that?) was starting to burn and sorta itch. I just kinda scratched/rubbed it for a few seconds and then tried to ignore it. Within hmmmm... I'd say a 30 min-1 hour or so I began to notice little subtle bumps on the annoying area. Then I started to notice the same bumps, burning and itching sensation across the top joints of the rest of the fingers on my left hand.

1 week later- the itchy, burning bumpy sort of rash thingy has spread down to my wrists. I'm going insane. I was happy that I had a doctor's appointment today. Maybe she could help cure this madness?

Not really. She said it was probably due to my pregnancy hormones. Something about 3rd trimester hormones being on the extreme and causing extremely irritated, dry skin. The remedy- lots of lotion. That's pretty much all I can do until my hormones decide to calm down (aka- baby makes his arrival) and my skin decides to stop freaking out. Until then, I feel like a 5 year old with chicken pox and all I want to do is scratch and cry.

6 weeks and 5 days. Oh Wesley, I can't wait until we have you :)
